Our story
BYN began as a personal discovery. A couple of years ago, we stumbled into the world of brewing our own coffee, and it quietly changed our lives. There was a lot to figure out, the right grind, the right coffee-to-water ratio, the right equipments... We had to unlearn a lifetime of instant coffee and taste coffee with real flavor and character. We created BYN to share what we discovered and provide all the guidance we wish we'd had at the beginning.
More than coffee
Somewhere along the way, what we'd fallen for was the whole ritual. Waking up a little slower. The smell of beans as they ground. Putting a record on while the water heats. That quiet moment became the part of the day we looked forward to most.

Anyone can do it
At BYN, we want to make great coffee something anyone can enjoy. Our belief is simple: everyone should be able to make an excellent cup at home. Fresh and responsible grounds, not processed nor commercial instant coffee.
